What payment methods do you accept?

We believe in going totally cashless!


Multiple options such as PayNow or Stripe for local & international shipping.


InvoiceNow only for local Govt & school orders with up to 30 days credit. E-invoice will be issued after delivery only to those who are Peppol ready and have a valid email with "gov.sg" or "edu.sg".

When will I receive my order?

We are committed to processing your orders as soon as we receive them!


Local Shipping:

Order processing: Within 1 - 3 working days, subject to stock availability.

Delivery: Mon to Sun 9am - 9pm

Self-pickup at City Hall or Promenade MRT Stations: Wed to Fri 9am - 5pm

Self-pickup at Simei MRT Station: Sat to Tue 9am - 9pm.

Date and time will be arranged separately.


International Shipping:

Order processing & delivery: Within 10 - 20 working days, subject to stock availability and destination.

Do confirm the destination country does not have any import tax, prohibitions or restrictions as we will not be liable nor responsible for any costs, delays or if product is denied entry into the country.

What are your shipping rates?

We seek to be as cost effective as we can!


Local Shipping Rates:

>= SGD80.00: FREE within Singapore (excluding restricted areas & off-shore islands), subject to max size of L60 x W60 x H30 cm or 15kg.

< SGD80.00: Flat fee of SGD8.00 regardless of number of items, subject to same max size or weight. Beyond this max, additional shipping charge may apply.

Self-pickup: FREE at selected MRT stations.


International Shipping Rates:

All international shipping is done via EasyParcel or its equivalent. Additional shipping charge may apply & must be paid before your order is processed. Your order will be shipped out as soon as we receive your payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are committed to have you as our happy customer!


Return & Exchange: No worries! All products locally shipped are returnable for exchange. Email customersupport@newagekidzstore.com within 5 working days upon receipt of products. Returned products can be exchanged for other products of the same value. Please retain the receipt & the products in their original packaging.


Refund: If you change your mind & wish to cancel your order before delivery or self-pickup, we can arrange a refund with no questions asked! To cancel your order, email customersupport@newagekidzstore.com within 1 working day upon order confirmation. However, do note that there may be a small fee charged by third party payment providers to reverse the payment. We regret that refund cannot be processed once delivery or self-pickup has been arranged.

Our products are carefully selected from reputable companies around the world. Our commitment to product safety is to ensure our products meet at least one of the following safety standards:


ASTM (American Society for Testing & Materials) International Standards;

CCC (China Compulsory Certification);

CE (Conformité Européenne) Certification;

CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) Certification;

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Certification.


Our products should be washed & sanitized prior to use & regularly (where appropriate). Our products should also be used under the supervision of an adult, not just for the child's safety, but also as a way to bond & play while learning.
